“Very quite, beautiful and spacious rooms, very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful, señor González was excellent. I didn't like that they didn't have much activities. It felt dry, it felt like it was nothing to do after the pool close. ”

Además, el limpiador no lee el Señal de perturbación que pongo en la habitación y entra directamente, es muy ruidosa, nos despierta de nuestros dulces sueños. Los hoteles deben capacitar al personal de limpieza para que sean cuidadosos con las sillas y las camas, no las arrastren violentamente y presten……

“Just returned from a 7 day stay and could not have been happier. Resort is beautiful and very well maintained. Beach and three pools are gorgeous. Dinner at Ruinas Del Mar was excellent. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and immaculate. Be sure to reserve your palapa four months in advance, as we did, if you want front row views; it’s well worth it. We also rented a Trankilo one day at the adults-only pool……

“HOTELS.COM服务很差，电话沟通就花了几百美金，要求全部取消订房，只取消了一间，酒店同意退款，HOTELS.COM却不给退款，请问房款去哪里了？请各位朋友以此为鉴。酒店前台素质超级差，花费了一个小时才CHECK IN，十一点半到，凌晨一点才入住。态度相当差！”
