Cocina totalmente equipada con encimera de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, lavadora / secadora grandes y todas las comodidades del hogar. La cocina tiene una licuadora, tostadora, cafetera (goteo regular y Keurig pequeño), molinillo de café y todos los utensilios de cocina / artículos para el hogar. ¡Copas de vino, copas de champán y margarita para su bebida favorita!

Paquete de TV por cable mejorado en la sala de estar y en el dormitorio principal, ambos con DVD y TV Roku. También hay una antena digital si desea conectar esto al televisor en el Master en lugar de tener a Roku. Un montón de opciones de películas con Roku y todas gratis! WiFi incluido.

2 habitaciones espaciosas para acomodar a tu familia! Master ofrece una cama King y también tiene un balcón privado y un baño completo. El segundo dormitorio tiene una nueva cama tamaño queen con colchón con cubierta tipo almohada (y hay un colchón grande en el armario, en caso de que necesites espacio adicional para dormir). Otro baño completo, con lavadora / secadora justo al lado del pasillo principal.

Plancha y tabla de planchar, secador de pelo y estante de secado conveniente siempre. Ofrecemos toallas de lujo, ropa de cama y toda la ropa de cama (extras en el armario). Portaequipajes en las dos habitaciones.

Tenemos 4 toallas de playa, 4 sillas de playa y una nevera para su uso. Paradise Island Rentals alquila sillas de playa y sombrillas por día o por semana, dígales la dirección y las pondrán en la playa y pondrán su nombre en la sombrilla, excelente servicio, ph # es 910-458- 4747. También tenemos una pequeña parrilla de carbón Weber que puede usar en el área de parrilla designada cerca de la plataforma de estacionamiento. Tanto la parrilla como la nevera están en el armario en el patio, fuera del dormitorio principal.

Dentro del condominio, encontrará juegos de cartas, juegos, libros y películas para que disfrute su familia.

Facilidad de acceso en el primer piso, hermosa vista frente al mar y acceso privado a la playa, a pocos pasos de la puerta principal. Dos plazas de aparcamiento reservadas. A solo seis cuadras del paseo marítimo de CB, con tiendas, restaurantes, fuegos artificiales semanales y entretenimiento.

Beautiful place

My wife and I had a wonderful time this week. Always clean and perfect location. Easy walk to beach or downtown if you don’t mind a little walk. Kathy is a wonderful host who responds very quickly. We will definitely be back.

We are so thankful for Kathy sharing her beautiful condo. It felt so peaceful and welcoming when we came in. Great visit at Carolina Beach

My husband’s family used to spend a week every summer at Carolina Beach for Beach Bingo and Britt’s donuts. We hadn’t been back in years but found this wonderful updated oceanfront condo. The furniture was great and comfortable. The condo had everything we needed. It was close enough to walk to the boardwalk and easy drive to good food. Host was very attentive and quick to respond.

Great condo

My friend and I went down for a grls' trip and had a great time. The condo was lovely, and the master bed was so comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, and I really liked the keyless entry as it was so convenient! The end of the beach where the condo is located is quiet and less crowded, but it took us less than 15 minutes to walk to the boardwalk. I would definitely stay again!

What a beautiful ocean view to wake up to every morning with the beach just steps away. Place had everything needed for daily living. Modern and clean! Kathy was clear with all instructions and available if needed.

My beach week

The condo was immaculate! It was decorated very nicely. The primary bedroom bed was extremely comfortable and clean. The sheets were amazing! How ever, the same can’t be said for the other bed. Sorry. The sheets didn’t fit properly and the bed was noisy! Any movement resulted in squeaks and thumping! Other tan that, it was very comfortable and well-equipped with the necessary equipment!❤️

Great apartment by the beach and super host

The apartment is very nice, well equipped and very easy to check in. It is on the beach with a great ocean view and you can walk to bars and restaurants. Kathy is so nice and I strongly recommend following her restaurant suggestions. We couldn't dream of a nicer way to spend few days by beautiful Carolina Beach.

The Best Surprise Was No Surprise!

The condo was perfect and a welcoming haven for us to simply let our cares float away with the surf. The cleanliness was exemplary and the convenience to everywhere really appreciated. Kathy was responsive and accessible when needed. The entire experience was relaxing and enjoyable. Only the unwelcome presence of Hurricane Helene was disappointing - everything else was wonderful!

Beach Vacation for a Week

The place was very clean, well stocked, mattresses were very comfortable, and there was plenty of room for a small family. Location was perfect within walking distance to the boardwalk and the North End Market. The owner was also very quick to reply to questions. Highly recommend this place!

Carolina Beach was a thumbs up!

Our first stay at CB was very enjoyable! Good local food, great time on the beach, and quality time with family. Property manager was very up front and informative about the limited parking which was a non issue after a day. Condo was just what we were looking for. Beach was great - not crowded at all.

Home Away From Home

I could not say enough good things about this property. Feels like home and has all of the amenities you would need. The location to the beach is perfection and the easy beach access really makes the location and property top tier. Our favorite part was sitting on the patio with the view and listening to the waves crash! The new patio high top table and Adirondack chairs are perfect to see the view and are extremely comfy! Communication with the owner was extremely easy and she was fantastic with communication and responding. There was a 3-ring binder with info on the property, things to do around Carolina Beach and what to do before leaving. As per other reviews the parking is tight BUT the owner was thorough about explaining and even sent a picture for clarification. If you are comfortable with your vehicle and maneuvering it, parking honestly should not be an issue! Do not hesitate to choose this property! All around, a wonderful vacation, property and location! Thank you Kathy for sharing and opening your property!

Wonderful celebrations!!

The condo is decorated beautifully. It is completely furnished and I mean there is absolutely nothing you could possibly need missing. The view is gorgeous, the furnishing are very comfortable and everything is spotless. The owner is very accommodating and cares that everything is perfect and that you have everything you need. You could not ask for more. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!!

Condo is fine but parking a nightmare

We enjoyed the condo itself but damaged 2 autos trying to park. The parking space is quite narrow and the driver must maneuver around a utility pole, both going into and out of the parking space. One auto was damaged on the rear fender going out, the other was scraped trying to get around the building to park. The latter was finally parked successfully after much backing and filling, but the process was stressful. Once parked next to the building, there is about 3 inches of space between the auto and the curb for the building next door. The owner reports that she parks an Expedition successfully in the space provided, but she has a lot more practice with the narrow parking area and more investment in making it work. We will not return to this property but the beach is great.

Great location!

Beach access is right at the condo! The host had detailed instructions for parking and checking in-very helpful. The condo was pristine at check-in. The parking space is very tight with no room for maneuvering and can't imagine trying to navigate it during high season.

Absolutely fantastic!

This is the nicest condo I’ve ever stayed in. The beds are comfy, the kitchen is super well stocked, and view from the balcony can’t be beat. So easy to get to the beach and walk to good restaurants and other stuff. The beach itself is quiet and clean and exactly what we needed. Kathy, our host, was super quick to help when we had a concern about the parking (it’s a little tight, don’t bring a Hummer). It was all great. Walls are a little thin so you can hear the neighbors, but it wasn’t a problem at night for sleeping. Totally loved this place.
