The home has potential, and the appliances were modern and very nice.Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet our expectations based on the listing. The exterior yard and deck area were dirty and unkempt, with trash, old liquor bottles, and even gum stuck to the patio table. The outdoor furniture was dirty and partially broken, making the space unusable for our family...

“Very clean, Serene was great host. Some noise from renters above with small children but not late at night.”

The shared bathroom was dirty and poorly maintained, with no soap, unreliable lighting and a malfunctioning blow dryer. There were also not enough towels for guests. Instructions for the keypad were missing, making access less convenient. The back porch was littered with garbage and construction debris, which made the property feel neglected. The bedrooms lacked basic furniture, including chairs and end tables....

“We had a great visit and the house gave us everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The rooms were nicely furnished and the bedrooms were spacious. The location was convenient for accessing the bus and the subway. The host was very friendly and responsive. We hope to visit again!”
