“The property is close to restaurants, grocery stores for travellers. Indoor pool with hot tub was key to our stay. Wish breakfast was provided.”

“I didn’t stay a complaints is being made that for a nights charge when I canceled the 19th or 20 th iof June due to cancelation of soccer tournament in Drummondville. I took no fee cancelation and payment at the Hotel you charged my visa July 4th 190.01 I want my money back, I’ve sent 3 emails to you and the hotel with no response, time is running out for your responds do your yourselves a favour and judge your self accordingly in this matter”

“The first day we stayed they called to check to make sure everything was satisfactory. Clean rooms, mini kitchen sink in the room, breakfast was adequate.”

“Room was ok. We had truck and utility trailer so parking was limited. Staff did direct us to the parking area next door who were ok with units parking there. Restaurants were close by. The breakfast area was seriously undersized. We took some plates to our room.”

“The staff was sleeping upon arrival at 5pm, the room was very dirty, stain curtains, greasy bathroom mirror, dirt in the bath, light not working, cant plug it in since the cord didnt resch the oulet, you also have to be very strong to open the patio door, needs work. We also had an emergency and we went to the reception to annonce we had to leave, when expedia called, they did not want to reimburse at least 50% stating we did not advise we we're leaving and that he couldnt re rent the room. The……

“très beau emplacement très calme très propre mon mari veut y retourner pour moi cela veut dire qu'il a très bien apprécier l'endroit. J'ai un fils qui reste à Ste-Clothilde merci de nous donnez la chance d'avoir des endroits comme cela pas très loin de chez nous.”
