“I had a fantastic stay in The Luciana! Contactless check-in was a breeze. The room has a nice, minimalist decor and was very clean. As a solo female traveller, the location and building felt safe. The Luciana is tucked away at the back of the second floor and I rarely heard other guests, although I could see it being nosier in rooms near the front entrance. “Be prepared that the property has no on-site staff. And response to your questions aren't very timely. That said, we had no issues. Amenities are nice. The property is well-kept, very clean and new smelling. And nice eye-catching addition is the small art gallery that is right off the lobby. Oh, and parking, while complimentary, is a block and a half away. Not far but not on site. ”

Pero falta un concierge a quien hacerle consultas de lugares para visitar en los alrededores y que conozca bien horarios etc. Solo estaba el del front desk y no sabía nada, solo nos dio un mapa de la ciudad. A las instalaciones no le puse 5 estrellas porque si falta una alberca por el clima tan caliente. ”
