“Plenty of parking. Thin walls, though, which meant you could hear everything, and I mean everything people are doing next door. Convenient location as the start of our travels in scotland. Rooms were right size for our family. Staff was amazing! Breakfast was better than most placed I'd say. Would stay again.”

“Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Das Hotel war extrem schmutzig und die Sauberkeit der Zimmer war völlig unzureichend. Unser Zimmer war schlecht gemacht und es sah so aus, als wäre die Bettwäsche überhaupt nicht gewechselt worden, was wirklich inakzeptabel ist. Während unserer Reise durch Schottland haben wir in insgesamt fünf verschiedenen Premier Inn Hotels übernachtet. In allen anderen waren wir sehr zufrieden, sowohl was Sauberkeit als auch Komfort anging. Dieses Hotel hingegen war……

“床與洗手間都清潔，唯獨企缸去水處有些慢，熱水時熱時轉冷，2人床只得一張單人椅，另一人要企或坐床，希望這些能改善，大致上都尚好”

“We did not even stay here. We moved to another hotel in Inverness for 2 nights. Our room was 5 flights up. , without any assistance. We are two women who struggled carrying our luggage up those flights of stairs. Also, the entry instructions to door codes etc were confusing on day of arrival ”
