“We have stayed in some lovely places over the years, and the Apple House is right up there with the best.Beautiful, tastefully furnished home with a picture perfect garden in a lovely peaceful setting, yet within an easy drive to lovely villages and towns like Lyme Regis and Abbotsford.The photos really don’t do it justice, and we could quite happily have stayed permanently!The welcome pack of local bread, butter, jam, milk and coffee was also a lovely surprise.Thanks Ed!”

“We absolutely loved our four night stay in Foxglove. We stayed in mid November with our terrier Murphy and used the hut as a base to explore Dorset. Its location made this easy to do and the accommodation itself was perfect for us. Brilliantly designed, it has all you need for a short stay. The bed is incredibly comfortable, the shower is a fabulous pressure and hot and the kitchen area, whilst compact, has everything. The electric wood burner heats the place up nicely and the hit holds the heat……

“I cannot say enough wonderful things about this home and hosts. The home is so well appointed, down to the silverware. Every detail is rich and inviting. Please ask for the breakfast. If the weather is beautiful you can ask for breakfast in the garden. Fresh orange juice, coffee/tea, and home made warm from the oven croissants and chocolate croissants. For a very reasonable price. Ask about watching a sunset from the ruins of a Roman fort! The owner has a wonderful map with local sites and……
