“Property is well located and beds are comfy. It was very cold in the property when we arrived as the thermostat had been turned to 10 degrees and there were no matches to light the fire. The whole property felt like it needed a bit of a refresh.....walls marked, some mirrors cracked, doors & handles chipped, kitchen equipment mismatched and well used, some kitchen equipment broken, dining room chair broken and not usable. The shower has a slanted roof so not ideal as you have to duck to prevent……

“Very clean and had most things we needed. Bed was really comfy and the view was beautiful. Only slight issue was that the underfloor heating was quite noisy, especially at night but it didn’t really affect our stay, just took a while to get used to.”

“The cottage is well situated, well appointed and well maintained. Beadnell is a lovely village and well situated in relation to neighbouring tourist attractions. The bus service is great, saving on petrol and parking charges and even better for those with a bus pass!
The week flew by and we would happily revisit!”
