“This is a modern hotel with excellent comforts! Rooms are clean and nicely decorated. A real 5 -star hotel! The only set-back is that i booked the room with breakfast. When I took the breakfast, they asked me to sign and charge to my room! I expressed that the breakfast is included in my room rate! Then things being complicated! Their female reservation manager insisted that the room is a room-only basis! This is so embarrassing! I showed her my bookig confirmation but she keep on that she……

After reading few reviews and being undecided for a couple days, I decided to give it a shot! The hotel is relatively new, in a quiet and nice area. “I had a short overnight at Tamarind Tree hotel - I was joining a tour to Masai Mara early morning with breakfast included with my tour. The hotel is clean and staff pleasant. I was surprised that there was a hole where the mini bar should have been. I was told that it was given on request. The mini bar should have been there based on the rate charged. ”
