“This hotel is currently (5/7/26) being renovated. This is probably the first hotel I stayed at that I didn’t feel like I needed to check for cleanliness. I wouldn’t have felt weird walking barefoot if I had needed to. The room was spacious and clean. Full, large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand soap were on board. The staff was amazing! Friendly, with great personalities and made you feel very welcome! And the continental breakfast was very good. They even provided……

“The Anchor @ Hidden Harbor is a true gem of Deale, MD. Great staff, clean & functional rooms, the boathouse restaurant & bar just outside the front door. Great for families and boaters! I would definitely stay here again when visiting Deale. ”

“The entire experience was horrible. Rude staff who pushed me out in the morning without giving me a chance to speak. I was going to get another two nights out of pure need but it was so not worth it I literally went and slept outside on the ground and had a better time. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever been to and they have roaches and bed bugs. ”

In fact, there are TWO apartments, plus the main house who all share a common hallway to the washer and dryer, either through an internal door or an external door that connects the outdoor living spaces.The "washing machine room" has a door with a half window, allowing the other tenants to an open view of the Vrbo's kitchen.The only bathroom is tucked away in a bedroom that everyone in the……
