“I had called the day before check in to request an early check in and the man on the phone said no problem. When I arrived the women at the counter was quite rude about being there before normal check in time and when I explained I had called she just rolled her eyes. The beds were uncomfortable and the coffee pot was so dirty it was unusable and I had to go to the gas station across the street to get coffee in the morning.”
