We enjoyed both indoor activities in the game room and large gathering space/kitchen and outdoor activities sitting by the lake and kayaking. The house was updated and very comfortable.”

“We were looking for somewhere to stay to see the eclipse and this house turned out to be perfect. Sylvan Beach is a great little town and better yet, the restaurants, beach, etc. was all within walking distance of this house. Sal was great about communicating and offered to let us in a few hours before the typical check-in time which was really nice of him. We didn't really cook but the kitchen table was great for puzzles which reminds me that Sal had games and puzzles at the house if you forget……

“This house consisted of two separate apartments which worked out great for us. Two kitchens, two laundy rooms - snorer on one side, which we didnt hear on our side. Imagine the benefits to this - under one roof but privacy”

Besides being clean, newly renovated in terms of furniture and exactly as advertised in terms of features, the place was well stocked with amenities for our party of 8. “Dealing with our host was great. I had to change dates and he was very helpful. The apartment is large with all things needed to cook. I loved the electric fireplace and huge TV in living room. I was mining so the entrance to hang jackets and boots before entering house was fantastic. Plenty of space to lounge and rest. The kitchen was great to cook. I love eating my own food so this is important. All the stores are literally 5 minutes away so you can buy good to cook everyday so it’s Fresh. I……
