“Lots of things need to be addressed. The mirror in the hall bath was not hung up, broken picture on island, leg of coffee table barely hanging on, hooks on balcony loose, stained pillows on couch. They also came to clean the couch while we were NOT there, no warning and we came back from the beach with a soaked sofa that we couldn’t sit on and our wallets/purses out in the open. ”

“Such a perfect space for a quick getaway weekend for mom and dad! Right by the water and so close to the main drag in Fairhope and the Grand Hotel. So many close restaurants and bike paths/walking trails. We would absolutely stay here again. ”

“Third level condo, which provides a great beach view. Easy access to beach, with miles of beach to walk. The condo was very nice. Had all the amenities, full kitchen, frig., stove, microwave. Upstairs bedroom with a view, downstairs bed. Beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend, will stay again. ”

“The condo was nice. My only complaints would be the condo had a musty, moldy, smell.. not sure if it came from the air unit or what. Overall the condo was clean... However the bathroom off the master bedroom the floors was not clean. Also, the closet in the master bedroom.... not sure if it is a moisture issue... but the musty smell is really strong and the closet rack and extra pillows were not clean. Things I would recommend adding for guests to have access to.... a broom or vacuum. With all...
