“ We have stayed here before and we’re looking forward to our stay for the evening. When we arrived we were not informed that the hotel was under renovation. The pool and tiki bar were shut down . We did spend a few hours at the beach and they had music in the hotel lounge that evening which was nice . We were looking forward to pool time , I wish we had been made aware of the construction. I suggest anyone booking in the near future check in on the process of this . They are still charging……

“What a wonderful condo! This condo is perfect for a couple wanting to spend their vacation at the beach, on the beach, close to everything. I’ve been staying on hhi for nearly twenty years with family and friends and have rented small to very large condos. This time i was the only renter as my family had a smaller unit. The condo was was very clean and comfortable and was very convenient to all the attractions in Hilton Head. I would definitely stay there again! Having to not have to pack beach chairs was a plus! “We had a nice visit. The quarters are small but just the right size for my husband and me. I had prepped some meals, which was nice to bake as there is not much counter space- it would have been doable, but it was hard to do much cooking. As others have mentioned, the view from the balcony is incredible. It was like having the joys of the beach without getting hot or sandy.”

“320 breakers was so wonderful and offered the perfect beach vacation. the location was exemplary. it is right on the beach in a wonderful area, and there are oodles of places to eat within walking distance. (and more than oodles with a little drive) the condo was very clean and pristine. it is not brand new, but that suited me perfectly. no technology challenges! also, there were no noxious smells, just fresh and clean. my only complaint is the mattress. too soft. i hope it is updated soon, cuz,……

“Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property. The location itself plus the proximity to the beach was great. There are a couple simple and inexpensive things that could be done to make the experience so much better though. First, beach towels would be a great improvement to the stay. We have never stayed at a beach front rental that did not supply beach towels. This would have helped us tremendously considering that we used air travel for this vacation. “We so enjoyed our stay here in unit 182! It was perfect for what we needed with it just being myself, my fiancé, and our 19 month old toddler. The bed was super comfortable but since our toddler is a bed-hog, I let my fiancé have the bed while we slept on the pull-out sofa, and my toddler has never slept better lol She loved that pull out bed.
