"On arrival we followed the instructions and tried to enter through central station, the Caledonian chambers office was closed (5pm on a Thursday) and I rang the hotel directly around 10 times where there was no answer, so we then followed the Union street instructions. I did mention this to the guy on reception but he said nothing had come through. Room was lovely, and very spacious. Unfortunately despite informing the hotel in advance of my nut allergy, none of the continental breakfast was marked for allergens and when I asked a member of staff, he was not sure. He text someone ti check and as a result I couldn’t eat any of the granola or the pastries displayed, so there wasn’t anything suitable for me to eat."

"The rooms very clean and staff very helpful. The breakfast was great because they make your hot breakfast as you wish. The room on the top floor could be a little better kept the rugs had stains. However the views were very nice"

"I managed to book the accessible room for the first part of my journey. It was great. We returned 3 nights later but I could D only get a standard room. I had messaged through Expedia that I could not do stairs. However we had 3 unraveled steps to climb. That was dangerous for me with our luggage. I should have communicated with the hotel directly I guess."
