“The room was very small but very nicely set out. The bed was very comfortable and everything you needed in the room for a lovely overnight stay. The breakfast was delicious, we didn’t eat an evening meal but the bar area is really nice. Nice touch in your room were 2 vouchers for 2 half pints of Timothy Taylor’s beer. ”

“This is a lovely quaint, quiet country inn/accomodation, which is on its way to be something special. The welcome, cust service and food were top notch. The owners have just recently taken over and you can see how wonderful this place is going to be, with everything being made future proof. “Patrick and his wife were very welcoming, the property is dated but comfortable and clean and very reasonably priced. The surrounding area is a short walk away, with some nice pubs, restaurants (with gluten free options), shops and a Tesco etc... The only thing that would have improved our stay would have been some comfy chairs or small sofa in the room as I personally struggle watching TV in bed, due to health issues, but other than that it was a pleasant stay.”
