"We had a great stay at the cabin. It had everything we needed for a nice long weekend. The pond was well stocked and fishing was fun. Large open floor plan downstairs made hanging out very comfortable. Plenty for the kids to do and a great kitchen for cooking meals. We all agreed that the photos dont do this place justice. Thanks for sharing your home with us, we would stay again! "

"The property was gorgeous. Little House on the prairie feel with modern accoutrements. Close to SUNY Fredonia (20 minutes). Beds were very comfortable. Screened in porch and working wood fireplace in the living room. Fire pit outside as well as grill. I wish I found this before my son graduated, but we loved our time here on graduation weekend."

"We stayed here for a long weekend for Fourth of July with our two kids and friends. This place was amazing! Not only was the house beautiful but the owner was top notch. We got a tour of the farm and got to pet some goats, they offered us fresh eggs from their chickens and fresh chicken to come home with! The host was so friendly our kids played with water balloons at the playground with theirs and they also set off fireworks for the fourth and shared sparklers and Roman candles with our kids!...

"Our family of five stayed at the Valley Vista B cabin. Impeccably clean and comfortable with a great wrap around porch for watching sunsets and having morning coffee. The kids loved the yard, play area, campfire area, and the deer that came out each evening to the apple orchard. We took daily adventures to Allegany State Park, Lake Erie beaches, and Niagara Falls.
