“This should be a marquee hotel with its history and design. But it's a very tired property being sweated by owners for the last bit of value. Hotel's business is mainly coach parties, so the few rack-rate customers like us feel marginalised. Seriously understaffed to serve and clean up after 3 coach parties at breakfast.
