Staff was friendly, but they are stretched thin. At night, one person managed the registration desk and the bar. In the morning, I think it was 1 or 2 people managing breakfast and the registration desk (not counting maintenance and kitchen staff). The staff was friendly, but not necessarily knowledgeable about common tourist destinations."

"Was a great hotel. If you get chance get there early to explore the town. Its very beautiful. My only criticism is I wasn't sure where to park and parked by the front of hotel on waste ground. Go around the Hotel and there is a carpark around the side. It has limited spaces but I was unaware of it. The evening meal and breakfast was of good standard and the staff were very helpful and friendly. May stop there on way back from visiting the Highlands in a few months time."
