“The hotel appears to be severely understaffed. Calls often went unanswered because one staff member seemed to be handling everything. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were helpful and did their best, but management needs to address the larger issues. The room description was inaccurate. We booked a room advertised with one king bed and two queen beds, but received one king and only one queen. Staff mentioned there is no room available with this configuration and description on external sites……

“We stayed here while visiting an aunt. We liked the location and it was great having the living area and kitchenette. We were able to get up and make our own breakfast, which was nice. We also packed some lunches as well, and stored some food for dinner with my aunt. Having the kitchenette was key.”

“Our first room was very dirty and disgusting upon check in. Very obvious the room was not cleaned. We found what looked like poop on the back of the bathroom door, pubic hair on the soap dish, and a fake nail on the floor in front of the sink. I went to the front desk, and the young man working was very helpful. He moved us to another room and walked it before turning in over to us, to make sure it was clean. Another thing was the carpets in the hallways. The carpet was very loose and a trip……
