Very private, Charming 1905 1 Bedroom apartment in Mingus park neighborhood. Within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops in downtown Coos Bay. Comfy queen sized bed. Full Kitchen & Laundry. Wifi, TV with Netflix. Pets allowed with previous discussion and small cleaning fee. Pack n’ play available for babies or cot available for older children or for 3rd guest.

Elegant 1905 home remodeled for comfort is welcoming guests. They don’t make them like this anymore. Walkable, quiet Mingus park neighborhood with great neighbors. The courtyard on the south side of the building is available for smoking or vaping. . .
