I like to sleep with it dark and there was no way to shut off the lights behind the bathroom mirror. Overscented fragrance on arrival. It was extremely cold, but once I increased the temperature on the wall A/C unit, it shut off. I would have liked some kleenex but none available.”

"Es nuestra segunda visita a este hotel, una joyita en Naples, físicamente: muy limpio, habitaciones cómodas, con cocina, sala y comedor, tienen sillas y paraguas para que lleves a la playa, toallas súper limpias tanto las de las habitaciones como las de piscina o playa, camas confortables, al igual que las almohadas, el área social es un relax total, música en vivo en las tardes, chimeneas, muy buena la comida. 10/10 experiencia personal: todo el personal es muy amable, pero quiero resaltar a Ximena, quien atiende en la piscina, ella es única! Excelente servicio, está pendiente de todos los detalles y maneja toda el área con total dominio, siempre está sonriente y activa! Una vez más es muy grato poder verla, tienen una excelente y maravillosa persona en su personal! Volveremos sin duda y esperamos ver a Ximena nuevamente ❤️"
