“They do an additional deposit on top of VRBO fees. It was pretty hefty. It was held on my account for an exorbitant amount of time.The property is nice. Not the cleanest. There was some crusty liquid residue on the kitchen island, and there were some curly black hairs on the floor of my bathroom.It is great for the price. But make sure you have extra funds available in your account before booking.”

“What an incredible place! We booked this rental for a group of 7, which included two families coming together to enjoy a long weekend. We had 3 kids and 4 adults and enjoyed the rental's proximity to Carowinds and downtown Charlotte for a show one night. The home was spotless and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the pool and the parents enjoyed that there was very little that we had to do prior to leaving. ……

“The Check in process could’ve been a lot more simple too many house rules you can’t enjoy your stay , take your shoes off quiet time from 9 PM to 8 AM. Makes you feel like you’re in church. Didn’t like that part. Everything else was great.”

“This place was in the middle of a ghetto. I was in town for a wedding with my elderly Aunt and Uncle. We couldn’t even get down the street at first because of the people hanging around the property. I called the host who claims she understood but refused to refund our money VRBO never responded either. Do not rent this house. Being a law enforcement both myself and my husband we did not feel safe n that neighborhood ”
