“Cute boutique hotel, which has promise. We arrived to a sold out hotel for a concert. The staff was not helpful, and created more chaos by waiting for all the rooms to be ready before allowing anyone to check in. There was no online check in, which could have allowed more customer satisfaction. No coffee machine in rooms. Bed was comfy. Overall, the hotel is fine and has beautiful views. Great walking distance to spectrum center. Poor customer service, and inefficient check in process.”
