Enjoy a peaceful, romantic getaway right on the water in this beautifully appointed private guest suite, located on the ground level of a 6,000 sq. ft. luxury waterfront home in Mooresville.

This spacious suite offers privacy and comfort while still giving you access to everything that makes Lake Norman special. With its own private entrance, guests can come and go freely while enjoying a quiet, relaxing stay.

The suite features:
• A private bedroom and full bathroom
• A separate sitting/dining area with table and chairs
• Hardwood flooring and updated furnishings throughout
• Direct access to the lakefront property

Set on a premier point lot, the property offers breathtaking sunrise and sunset views over Lake Norman—the kind that keep guests coming back year after year.

Enjoy full access to outdoor amenities, including:
• Private dock with panoramic lake views
• 7-person hot tub overlooking the water
• Paddle board, canoe, 2 kayaks, and floats (located in the boathouse)

Please note: the boathouse is a separate structure and is not the suite.
For larger groups or additional guests, there is also a separate 1-bedroom apartment on the property (sleeps 4)—perfect for friends or family traveling together while maintaining privacy. (VRBO Property #1076055)

Sister’s day getaway

Beautiful Lake Retreat

Although this is a room in a larger home, it feels private and has a separate entrance. Dawn was very friendly, and the doggo greeting committee even better! Very comfortable and absolutely gorgeous lake views. The hot tub was awesome too!

This was our second weekend getaway at this location and once again it did not disappoint. The room is perfectly suited for a quick weekend getaway and the views are amazing! There are some great restaurants nearby that we have tried (Epic Chophouse and Flock). We will be planning our next visit soon.
