“Multiple slats were missing from one bed so the mattress slumped. This was rectified when reported. There was mould on the walls within two rooms which I was merely told happens due to the area they are located and they’d get the cleaner to sort. This never happened. There was an overpowering smell that came from the carpet in the master bedroom which induced a headache every time I was in there. I was told they would get the carpet cleaner on it but this did not happen. It’s the first……
