“Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the welcome gift was a thoughtful touch. The location was also great, with the town centre within walking distance, making it easy to get around. The only issue was with the parking information. The listing stated that parking was available, but I later found out that it is only provided for guests staying 7 nights or more. This restriction was not mentioned in the listing, so it would be helpful if this could be clarified……

“We booked accommodation for 4 adults for a trip to Cornwall. It was very well located for the Eden project, not far from the main road, spacious with 3 bathrooms and well equipped for a home from home feel. However a car is a necessity and it’s not even feasible to go for a run/ walk from the property as it is surrounded by narrow single track roads”

“We stayed at the property with family, including a one-year-old child. Overall, it provided a good base for our Cornwall trip, as we spent most of our time out exploring the local area.The outdoor space could benefit from some maintenance. The shrubs and bushes around the garden and decking area would benefit from trimming, as they partially obstructed the sea view. The grassed areas also appeared to need mowing. For families with young children, it is worth noting that the decking railing did……
