“This is a wooden chalet built into the garden of a larger house in Porthilly, near Rock. It has a large, comfortable living/kitchen area with views over the estuary towards Padstow. The bedroom is small and a bit weird, but the bed was very comfy. The shower and toilet are separate and both worked fine (infinity mirrors in the loo were fun!) There are lots of really thoughtful additions - hooks, rails, blinds, lamps, lots of power sockets etc etc. The owners have really tried to think about what……

“A great flat that has been thoughtfully and generously equipped. It’s really helpful in St Ives to have a garage. We were tempted to spend hours gazing out of the bedroom or living room windows at the spectacular view of the beach and sea. After a while you become completely tuned to the state of the tide and the height of the waves. Wonderful!The weather was bitterly cold when we arrived and the flat was uncomfortably chilly but Sam very quickly responded to our request and provided another……

“Lovely little top floor flat in central Penzance. Had everything we needed for our stay and was well appointed, beautifully clean and warm on arrival. Instructions and communication from owner was spot on. We got the train so cannot comment on parking, but the flat is on a pedestrianised shopping street so there is no vehicular drop off immediately outside. We used the ‘Ride-on’cycle shop, a five minute walk from the bus and train station, to drop off our bags prior to check in and check out……
