“Staff was very friendly. Property was clean but, but Exrea bed was not ready when we arrived no blankets, no pillows etc so we had to chase staff twice for this( eeven i specifically wrote emails and verbally reminded the receptionists befor we entered the apartment. I found this anoying) Also very very poor breakfast for a 4 star hotel. I felt i had to beg for food because not everything was displayed for example We had to order for example croissant thta was not displayed And when we……

“The hotel part of the venue was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The meals were very good. The location was great for where we wanted to be. The motel offered both cabins and rooms and had ample off-street parking. Unfortunately we had a room that was very tight to move in, although it was clean. The shower couldn't be regulated and ran hot and cold constantly. Hardly had any sleep due to road noise and the almost constant sound of water running in a pipe. I don't know……

“We had a fabulous weekend break at the Great Western Hotel. The room looks to have been newly refurbished and was nicely decorated. Tea coffee in the room and complementary toiletries in the bathroom was a nice touch. The bed was really comfy and the room was cleaned each day. Breakfast choice in the morning was excellent and well cooked. Hot food made to order or continental if you prefer. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We flew from Manchester, a 50 minute flight, caught the bus……
