The property is fairly new and in very good condition. Access to the highway was excellent, as was access to main roads in Cortland. Check-in and -out were easy, and the staff members I dealt with were quite pleasant.
I didn't take advantage of the various amenities available since I was only there for an overnight stay, so I can't comment on those. The room environmental controls worked better than most, and kept the room in a fairly even temperature range rather than the massive swings I experience in most hotels.
The room itself was "roomy", with a full-sized refrigerator and a microwave in a kitchenette area. It had a pod-style coffee maker I wasn't able to get to work because the pod holders didn't fit the machine in my unit. There was both a small table with two chairs and a desk. One downside was no comfy chair for just sitting and reading. Using the bed for that isn't comfortable for all of us. Like most hotels, the mattress was hard enough that it was not very comfortable for me, and the pillows were so soft and light as to be useless.
I'm not sure I'll stay there again simply due to the uncomfortable mattress, but if you are OK with hard mattresses this is a nice place to stay.
