“I booked for two people and when I arrived at midnight, the front office told me that they only have one capsule for one person and if I want extra room I have to pay extra 90$. They also said that they will reimburse me for the night I didn't stay in and for the mistake but then they refused the reimbursement through expedia. Scammers”

“Pleasantly surprised with this property. Small room, but clean and very comfortable. You don't need much more. Bathroom was also very clean. Breakfast was more than sufficient and had good options. The parking lot was full, which implies a full house. Would stay there again next time in the area.”

“Just needed a place to stay close to the airport and via rail station. Convenient for both. Comfortable bed and able to use the mini fridge to store foods needed for the next day. I didn’t leave the property as I arrived around 9pm and left by 6am. Wasn’t able to check out their breakfast”

“The air conditioning unit is the old-style window installed AC, extremely loud. When it is on, you cannot hear anything, let alone sleep. Fortunately this is early summer and the temperature is not very high during the night without AC. I can only imagine how awful if I came during July-August time frame. “Clean and big room. My room is two double beds room for three of us. The room is clean and big. The bed and pillow are comfortable. The shower is strong. The wifi is OK. The breakfast is tasteful. All the staffs are kind and helpful. You need the access card to go to your floor, so it is very safe. The room is bright. There is water maching located at the corridor. You can get the hot or cold water easily. The enviornment is quiet. There is free parking service. The MTR station is very close.……
