“It is a lovely building and the room was large and a beautiful period space. The pool area and grounds felt a little worn and uncared for and breakfast was ok but not great. No hot running water in the room, which wasn’t a massive issue for one night on a hot day but perhaps suggests this is being run on a budget. Worth being aware that no air conditioning so on a hot summer night, it wasn’t easy to sleep well with just an old, inexpensive fan plugged in in the room.”
