“We stayed at this hotel during our family trip and had a pleasant experience overall. The reception staff were friendly, helpful, and willing to answer all of our questions. This made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. There is also a water station on the ground floor where guests can refill their bottles at any time, which was very convenient. “Hotel is fine. Unable to reach property to find shuttle bus from Orly. Instructions for shuttle say to contact hotel. Bus is in shuttle area under “other”. 3 star and 2 star hotels next to each other. Price listed at hotel was 1/3 less than found on line”

“I wouldnt recommend this hotel. It should be rated a 2 star at most. The towels in the room were dirty, ,arks on the bed linen. Communication with reception is non existent. The transfer bus was always full so why isnt there additional running service for your guests. Breakfast very average. Broken coffee machine, carpets all stained. Very dirty. Pool is ok but zome of the showers not working. Lots of chlorine which effects children. Far from Disney. Pay a little more amd stay elsewhere.”
