We arrived an hour after the check in time and were told we did not have 2 parking spots, despite the description saying we had 2\. In addition, it was not clean yet and took us calling several different properties in town to finally get it cleaned 4 hours later. The property manager on site (mountaineer square) was apologetic did refund one night which was greatly appreciated.
