"I loved the location of this property. The area is extremely quiet as if you're out in the woods but in reality you are so close to the town of Warsaw in one direction and Clinton in the other direction. The view from the back deck is breathtaking. In the morning my husband and I would sit on the back deck to have our coffee. Looking out over the lake we were watching the birds fly around when we notice to bald eagles looking for fish in the lake below. We sat and watched them for 30 minutes. It was very cool. The host are amazing making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We were offered fresh eggs from their hens and when I left a pair of new sandles behind she contacted me to let me know. She then mailed them to me free of charge. This house is a great place to stay and the host is perfect."
"Our family of five enjoyed a week at the lake. The house is beautiful & the lake is peaceful and calm. We loved the lily pad & paddle boarding as well. "
"I booked this place for my mom since we were camping for 4th of July. She was an absolute heaven. Said the owners were kind and helpful and she would hands down be back! "
"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! The house was nice, roomy and clean. Michele provided so many extras...coffee, eggs, bacon, biscuits, etc. Staying in Warsaw makes a day trip to Osage Beach or Springfield very doable. Thank you for your hospitality Michele!! Kim & Rick"
"We came for my nephews wedding at Deer Rest, and this was only 5 min away. Amazing prompt abd accurate communication with the manager, super clean rooms stocked with everything we didnt know we needed and a perfect dock for my son to fish from on our down time. A restaurant within walking distance, shared fishing lures from the managers and a relaxing covered deck made this stay extra special. "

"The place is cozy and fit our needs. It is off of some dirt roads, so be cautious when driving. The place was very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch drinking coffee in the morning. Our host was easy to get in touch with and responded quickly to any question we had. We found a market (Kinfolk) just outside where we were staying; highly recommend you visit it!"
"What a wonderful home! We enjoyed it so much! So peaceful and we had everything we needed. We will be back many more times! Thank you for a wonderful experience! "
"Great property at end of main Street Warsaw. We felt like we were back at summer camp with the beds, but plenty of space to move around and it had every we needed."
