Opportunity Staff: -Andre (Check-in): Long process, no welcome drinks -Akila/Anika (Concierge): Poor communication - Monique: (Operator) Wrong info about kids club, s - Omelet lady with braids: Rude attitude **Issues:** Cleanliness process problems, phone system broken, safety concerns (inflatable burst), understaffing, room cleaning glitches. Positives: Clean rooms, great entertainment, excellent Italian food, fun pool activities. Out of all the hotels I’m been to, this is by FAR the best hotel I’ve been to. The entire property is aesthetically pleasing! The staff was amazing and pleasant. Nicola and Carlolyn from the Spa were EXCEPTIONAL. I really felt at home. I def will be back… 100/10 def will recommend
