“We were at the Chicaugon last year for our anniversary, and truly enjoyed it, so we decided to do our 47th anniversary there again this year. It is a wonderful place with gracious staff. We really like the "hot tub room"! Everything is clean and we'll maintained, and the continental breakfast was generous and delicious. Highly recommend!!! Thank you, Chicaugon, for a wonderful stay!”

“On a day when it was 100 degrees outside (actual temp), the AC unit was not turned on in my room upon check in. Turned it on and had to leave for a while before returning and still had to sit in front of AC air because of how hot it was in the room. Also, the refrigerator was not plugged in and had to wait for it to get cold to use it. Would not recommend this hotel.”

“We arrived to checking and there was a sign on the door...gone to shower...phone numbers to call wich went unanswered. It took us 45 minutes and many calls to get the manager and first she gave us a room that the door won't lock then she gave us a room that the door did lock but you could see outside all around the door. It is very old and not kept up. It appears as though in 2 of the rooms that people are living there. They didn't have the queen bed to were told we would get instead 2 double……
