“My husband, myself and our dog stayed 3 nights over the Easter break. So gorgeous. Open fire inside was so cozy in this cute little cottage. Wine by the fire pit with the sounds of the running creek was relaxing and just what we needed. Sadly we did not get to met Brian and his wife, hopefully next time. Absolutely highly recommend. Make sure you visit Guide Falls, stunning. We will be back. Country side breathtaking ”

“it is very stylish modern house, spacious, clean and tidy. The owner is very friendly and helpful. I really recommend it to those who would like to stay in this area of TAS. It only takes 18 mins drive to see the Penguins. Supermarket just next door but they close at 6:00. ”

“We stayed at "Philpotts" for 2 nights and the houses were beautifully furnished and had a garden full of different plants. The landlord was very attentive and provided a rich breakfast to us. Look forward to staying again in the near future.”

“have free parking nearby. Overall room is still ok. Many kitchen appliances, utensil and seasonings can use. But the bed cover with many black dots. it looks so awful and so scare. But when touch it, they are the fluff of the cover. It is better to pay attention to this. ”

“This property was exactly as described with very engaging hosts who provided an opportunity to feed their miniature goats and play with their beagle! The cottage was quaint, peaceful and full of character with all amenities. With thoughtful touches including milk in the fridge and home made ice cream in the freezer!
