"The property was uniquely constructed in such that access to rooms was outdoors but covered. Breakfast was on the third floor, indoors or outdoors. ( Indoor space a bit small though). Staff was very friendly and helpful."

"The hotel was super easy to find, check-in was easy and parking was right there on location. We were just a bit disappointed because of all the work going on in the area. We thought we'd be able to walk south along the Riverwalk to the Live Oak Pavilion but weren't able to due to construction. No biggie, we're still planning to come back for a longer visit. The hotel is close to shopping and the spot was super convenient and hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Great location, took a quick trip over to Wrightsville Beach and checked out UNCW while we were there too. Loved the bagel joint across the street and the beautiful sunsets each night, would definitely recommend this place!"

"We enjoyed the location. Walked around a craft festival downtown. Ate at many restaurants. Twenty minute drive to Carolina beach. Enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching people walk on the riverfront. Gorgeous sunsets. A comfortable, clean unit. "
