“This is a cottage behind the main house in one of the most elegant neighborhoods in Miami. The houses on this block are amazing and this place is no exception. It is close to many attractions, nightlife, beaches and parks. You are 2 min from publix supermarket, and minutes from the beaches. The hose is wonderful and she is on-call days and night and is extremely helpful. If you are looking to visit Miami, I highly recommend Julia and her lovely cottage.”

“The property was as described. It was very cute and we loved the patio area outside. We had a bit of a plumbing problem with the bathroom. Manuel was on it and had a plumber out to fix the issue. It was a very much needed getaway for my husband and I.”

The beach is 10 minutes by car. It’s a great beach and pet friendly. Also wanted to mention the grounds were beautiful and fenced in , safe for pets ! The host was great and professional. “We stayed in the blue cottage for quite awhile and we have never experienced a rental experience where we felt so welcome, both by the neighborhood and our hosts. The cottage is a perfect size with a real living room, kitchen, and bedroom. We will be back!”

“The Ad said, the property is close to everything? I suppose it depends on who decides what everything is. I found that for me, not a lot was close. That being said, I had a rental car, so I could drive to what I wanted. The staff was very friendly and nice, to me that's what really matters. It's located in a quiet neighborhood and I felt safe the whole time I was there. So overall I will say a nice place to stay. Oh, just FYI, if you are traveling while in Miami, stay off the I95 and set your……

“This was my first Vrbo rental and overall this was a very pleasant stay. It's a great location for Little Havana which is a 5 minute walk, yet you're far enough away so noise isn't an issue. And you're close to all the main roads so getting around is easy (except for the Miami traffic). Having two bathrooms was nice and we spent several nights sitting outside in the walled in patio. The only glitch in the stay was we lost hot water Thursday night and didn't get it back before we left Saturday……
