"This spot is perfect. I think this is my 4th or 5th time spending long weekends at this spot and I love it everytime. Basillic is a block away and the best Swiss restaurent outside of Zurich. I sleep better here than anywhere else in the world. The parking is a major bonus and always encourages me to walk. The roses were in bloom all over the Big and Little Islands. "This is a great location for someone who does not need a lot of extras. The casa is as described, very simple, and is stocked with basic supplies. Drew has designed it to bring in as much light as possible during the day. He has taken advantage of the peekaboo ocean view in his window placement in the remodeled kitchen/bar area. "Me and my family love this beach cottage! We had rented it back in 2018 and had a great time so we returned this year and will return again in the future. The cottage is right on the sand, 2 blocks down from the boardwalk, so you can easily walk or ride a bike to get to the pier or any of the many shops and restaurants. The only issues we had were: 1. "We had a great time at this place--it was as described. Lots of light coming into the living room/dining room area--central to our get-togethers. We enjoyed the backyard with the hot tub and pool. I walked down to the beach or explored the beautiful neighborhood every day. We would definitely stay here again."

"Staff were friendly and helpful. The property was nice and very close to the Long Beach Convention center. Basically, it only took 4-5 minutes to walk there from the dock. Additionally, there are several restaurants and a few shops in the immediate vicinity. The primary concerns were the number of homeless people surrounding the area and the somewhat limited parking for overnight accommodations. Overall, it was a memorable experience. "
