“We normally go to Jaz Dahabya, but this hotel is much better, you have bath in the shower which you don't have in Jaz, location is better and the surfing club in the hotel beach (Vetratoria) is exellent. ”

I approached the front desk manager and I showed him my confirmation e-mail which proves that my booking is for a double room with breakfast for TWO. He still insisted to give me the room without breakfast. I approached Hotels.com and they assured me that my booking is confirmed with breakfast for TWO. However the hotel front desk still did not……
