"This is a great no frills spot which gives you what you need and doesn't charge for what you don't. Our room was clean, amazingly quiet ( we had 2nd flr rear) and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was small but very clean and the shower was great. Breakfast was just coffee and pre- packaged pastry but we had breakfast both mornings at Thornton's, maybe 1 minute away. The Prudential T stop is maybe a 2 minute walk. Parking was super. Hotel is located across from the plaza of the Christian Science Mother church (the tour of which, together with the Mapparium was well worth the time even tho that's not why we're there) which is lovely. The desk staff seemed to be students and they were great as well. Thinking of reasons I need to go back. "

"Positives: Great location for us. Comfortable bed. Easy check-in. Nice gathering spaces in lobby. Negatives: Dirty towel, no drinking glass or cup in the room, request for clean towel never met, very slow elevator service, mediocre breakfast. "
