“This was our second time to stay here. It’s a great house in an even better location. The house is fully stocked with everything we need. The toys, beach chairs, and umbrellas were so nice to have as well. We will be returning!”

“Light over the cook stove was dirty, vent hood was dirty. No extra toilet paper or trash bags. Had to make extra trip to store for supplies. Other than that was great”

“What a lovely and fun place to stay. Location was perfect, the condo was roomy and clean. Bryan was so hospitable and his communication was excellent. He made things clear and welcoming. He reached out to us for other opportunities. He was laid back and helpful. It would be hard to find a better place to stay on Dauphin Island with a more welcoming host. FABULOUS!!”

“My husband and I stayed from 4/28-5/2, and had a fantastic time. The house is exactly as described, and looks just like the pictures. This was our first time to the island, and the Jessica our host gave us so much information about the island, that I really didn’t have to plan our days. The home is located at the end of a dead end street, which is very quiet. Jessica was very knowledgeable, and able to answer all my questions. We didn’t use the grill, but it is nice to have as an option to cook.……

“First got there seemed like the house was shut up for the season,not aired out. Refrigerator had strong fish smell. Appliances could stand to be updated. Maintenace on yard and dock. But overall we had a good stay.”

“We love dauphin island. The house location and beach access was amazing. There were very few household items like trash bags, dish soap, detergent, etc. We could have brought it but didn’t realize there would be so few items. Not a problem just different than typical vrbo’s, likely because it’s managed by a realty company.”

“Never heard of Dauphin Island before this year. Booked this place near one of our friends and it did not disappoint. The amenities were amazing, the property owner was super helpful and nice, and it was well worth the price. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a good place to stay!!”

“This house was easy to find because of its unique structure. We wish the beach access had been more clear. We couldn’t walk to the public beach and it was hard to find a nearby point where we could enter. It was not a 2 minute walk maybe a 2 minute drive. The main bed was uncomfortable and needed a new mattress. There were lots of stairs which might be challenging for older and younger guests. The kitchen had everything we needed and the house was clean. We enjoyed our stay.”
