“The room was very clean and the accommodation was very comfortable. There were various restaurants across the street and the parking space was very large.”

“I was double charges $969 by IHG Indigo North Conway NH. When I tried to call, all I could get was the poor voice response automation and was unable to resolve their error over the phone. As a result, I then had to open a credit card dispute to get the duplicate charge removed. This issue is still not resolved and I have wasted a lot of my limited personal time trying to fix the hotel’s error.”

“Had an AMAZING time at Purity Springs Resort!! Convenient location, great amenities, comfortable and quiet rooms, great dining options at Traditions Restaurant (on site) and cant appreciate the peaceful and tranquil, nice Purity Lake enough. Kayaking on the lake was an incredible experience and we lots of wildlife around including herons, otters and the common loon. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Cell reception was pretty non-existent in the area but once we connected to wi-fi it was……
