“The rooms were very clean. We really liked the open space. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner. We liked the location of the bnb a lot. There were plenty of shops in Derby to visit and if we wanted to go to any shops in Wichita it was only a 15 to 20 minute drive. We also liked that the bnb was in what seemed to be a safe and calm part of town. ”

“Feel the price was way too high. There were no end tables in the living room, so it echoed when you went in no place to sit something if you were watching tv. There were no dressers to unpack your closed only hangers in the closet. Arrived and there was only a partial roll of toilet paper. No games, no pens, no paper. It was hard to use the microwave because it was up so high. There is no heat in the back bathroom and there are no towel bars in that bathroom so the only place to put a towel……

“A visit to our old friends in Derby was made even more delightful by having this cozy and accommodating property to stay in. With three of us adults and one little terrier the house was very comfortable giving us each rooms to sleep in and places to relax with the television and to enjoy our meals that were eaten there.
