“So imagine you’re running the Boston Marathon. You pick up your number at the convention center and head to your accommodation. When you get there, you find that your host, one of these property management companies called Evonify Stays, has never heard of you. Since you made the booking on Hotels.com, Evonify refers you back to them. Now, try getting anything other than an AI bot to communicate with you at Hotel.com. “Provided everything we needed. The bedrooms were large, and the common areas easily accommodated us. The kitchen was well equipped, the washer and dryer were excellent, and the dining room table handled us all perfectly. Parking was a concern, because we didn’t understand local regulations until the owners explained how they would open their patio for parking when street parking wasn’t possible. “The one review had mentioned about the noise from the upstairs long term tenant. We had heard them as well but the noise was not a deal breaker. They were quiet most of the time. As for the space itself, it had met our needs. It would have ran about the same if we stayed at a hotel. For a weeklong vacation, the price and space was more than enough to for our needs. “Stayed here with 2 little kids and one adult kid while sightseeing. Had everything we needed to be comfortable and the vibes are nice.”

“The apartment was brand new including all the kitchen equipent. Two separate bedrooms with separate bathrooms and walking closets is super relaxed for a family. Every room had a large screen TV. Somerville is located in the northern part of Boston, appx. 15 minutes from the center. The area is very quiet.”

“We had a great stay! Love the historic home and quiet neighborhood. Had a great meal at Faces restaurant close by. Spent a day exploring Boston and a day in Salem. “Great location in Cambridge, close to transit and walkable restaurants - 10mins uber to Fenway, too. Host was responsive to our questions, and the downstairs neighbor was really friendly. The host might want to look at upgrading the mattresses at some point, but everything was perfectly clean and our intent here is just to provide honest feedback. We would stay here again if we were ever back in Boston.”

“Summer was the most amazing place. It is so charming. It has everything you could want. A cool restaurant, a General Store, beach volleyball, basketball, tennis, a gym, two pools and a hot tub. It is also complete with a beach are and a large pond/lake that has canoe and kayaks available. Another perk is the gated community. “Overall, great stay. My initial concern was the street parking around the property because we had rented a car. However, that ended up being pretty easy. The unit was clean and had a great feel. The location was awesome. Walked down to the Charles River and drove over to Fenway and the North End. We loved our time. The host was super responsive. ”
