“Ill start by saying that the host is nice and seems like a good guy. However, the property is not as described. It is a studio style, not a 1 bedroom. It is also in the basement of his home. 3 people cannot sleep comfortably as the couch is tiny. The room itself was very clean, the outside - not so much. There was no bar, the cushions for the patio chairs werent the right size or not there at all. The kayak that was there looked like it hadnt been touched in several years, the dock needs to be……

“We had a lovely stay in Kannapolis at University Mill House. It was conveniently located yet felt nicely tucked away in a walking neighborhood. The hosts were helpful and very easy to communicate with regarding suggestions for dinner. ”
