“Great cozy cottage for the Battenkill bike race. Fully stocked, great views and location. Wish the weather was better to really enjoy the out side fire pit and deck. Absolutely would recommend!”

“It was very clean, very very cute, you don’t have direct view of the lake from the porch but there’s a super cute little pond and the lake is a ten second walk from the cabin. If you’re worried about the AC don’t be, it works incredibly well and never gave us any issues!”

“The cottage was exactly as expected. Richard and Denise were great hosts - from their note & snacks to their thorough communication from the time of booking through departure. The location was perfect for our trip with easy access to Saratoga Lake, downtown and I-87. Everything was clean & well maintained. The bathroom was well stocked, with plenty of towels and amenities, and the shower had great water pressure. The bed was also very comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep after busy……
