“We came into town for a few days to visit friends. This was a perfect place. The home was clean and very inviting! Quiet location. Fully stocked kitchen with all the appliances and cooking ware you may need. You will not regret staying here. We loved the photo album of how the home was built! ”

We had an amazing time trekking out in the woods in the snow.Kitchen was well stocked and the treats, coffee and tea were a nice bonus. My kids enjoyed the extra games as well! “Strong dog smell, dirty shabby condition of interior surfaces. Obvious makeshift repairs, spongy floors, torn, flaking couch. Kitchen counter had multiple burn marks and some sticky substance, corner held down with duct tape. Screen door off tracks, laying against wall. Wife was stung by insect in the unit, had to go to hospital. We moved out after only 3 hours, and literally slept in the car rather than go back. Owner uncaring, rude and greedy. “The property is exactly as advertised. The location was very convenient for either downtown or racetrack activity relative to walking distance. The apartment was as clean as any rental I have ever stayed at. The property manager was extremely responsive to all communications and checked in on us regularly to ensure all our needs were met. This will be the first place I check out for future visits with my wife to Saratoga Springs.”

“Hello,I wanted to reach out regarding a couple of concerns our group experienced during our stay. When we arrived, we noticed a significant amount of mouse droppings in the basement area and even in some of the beds. This was obviously very unsettling for everyone and required us to spend time cleaning before we could comfortably use the space.Additionally, the leg of the kitchen table broke when we placed a few normal household items on it—specifically a piece of luggage and some groceries. “The house was a bit old-fashioned, but spacious. There were issues with cleanliness and attention to detail, and the apparent lack of effort and investment was quite a disappointment. If the house were better cared for, and if some effort were put into a couple of improvements, it could’ve been a comfortable stay, but cleanliness and attention to basic necessities should be met at minimum for a place that you’ll be sleeping or showering.”
