WORST RENTAL EVER
We came in on a late flight. Thought this would be a good place for our family party of 6. Upon arrival we noticed that the house was not clean and the beds had dirty sheets. Because it was after midnight we opted to wash linen to allow the children to sleep. The dryer had wet sheets and towels in it. The basement reeked of mold and mildew, there was wet molded carpet and poop on the floor. There was water dripping from the basement ceiling. The mildew smell was overpowering throughout the entire house. There was water on the kitchen floor from a leak under the sink. The kitchen appliances did not work. The host and VRBO agree after seeing pictures that the house was uninhabitable and issued a refund. Also, it was not disclosed to me prior to booking that the property is partially occupied.
